How to Track Your Shipment
- Find your PostEx tracking number in your shipping confirmation SMS or email.
- Visit the PostEx tracking portal: postex.pk/tracking
- Enter your tracking number and click Track to see real-time updates.
Didn't receive a tracking number?
Tracking details are sent once your order has been packed and handed over to PostEx. This usually happens within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
If it has been more than 2 business days and you haven't received your tracking information, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
